10 South Street
This 4 story mixed use residential building is currently under construction in the Heights area of Jersey City. CVCS has been coordinating and guiding the project from pre-approval stage to it’s currently under construction phase.
Pre-approval work
When I started work with this client, they had already received their demolition permits for the existing structures on site. The client only needed specific services to be coordinated in order to ramp up the timeline to get work started. We agreed on a scope of services to facilitate what they needed from me and to ensure an efficient process.
Misc. Work
s part of my services, I coordinated schematic diagrams for the client to use in regards to neighboring properties and their access agreements. Site safety diagrams, traffic permits, and other pre-approval work are all services I can provide.
