Packages
List of typical packages to serve different needs
Below are different packages that include different services depending on the project, client, ad their budget. Since not every project is the same, being able to customize the work to what is needed and within budget is always a good idea. These packages can be customized to fully meet the specific needs of the client. Message me today to discuss further.
Permitting Packages
Partial Submission:
Tyler Portal Work
This package typically handles just the online portion of the initial submission process. Clients can choose this if they only need to get the process started and can take the mantle from there. I have had a few clients who opted for this service to ensure a smooth process. Starting price for this service is around $500 min.
Minor Work:
Permit Updates
This package refers to services typically reserved for projects that already have approvals. Some examples of work that falls under this package are as-built updates, revised drawings, directives from inspectors on any changes to be made after inspections, change in the scope of work, etc. The services can vary so it is best to make a plan of action to tackle this work efficiently. Typically, this package deals with approvals with drawings.
Demolition Services:
Full Building Demolition
This demolition package offers a comprehensive guide and managing of the permitting procedure. Getting a full building demolition requires careful coordination between myself and the client. This helps to lessen any delays during this long process. Starting price for this service is around $1000 min, depending on different project factors.
Partial Submission:
Drawings and Cards
The services provided in this package are after the initial submission to Tyler has been completed. These services mainly deal with going to the Building Department to submit and stamp drawings, hand in the physical sealed technical cards, and paying for the submission of the permit
Full Submission:
New Construction
This comprehensive package deals with everything from pre-planning to closeout. The services provided ensures the project moves through the different processes efficiently and delays are kept to a minimum. Typically, this package is the most comprehensive due to the amount of work necessary to get the project from the Planning Board to Opening Day. Pricing on this service varies between each project with a minimum starting price of $3500.
Demolition Services:
Interior Demolition
This demolition package is typically included in a larger scope of work but an interior demo is sometimes used as needed to get work started. Interior demolition approvals are mainly an online procedure, unless drawings are necessary.
Full Submission:
Fit-Out/ Renovations
This package encompasses a full-service scope of work. This package typically includes any approvals needed from other departments, the entire submission process, any plan reviews, to inspections and the eventual close outs. Typically, other services can be included depending on what specifically the client is requesting. Starting price for this service is around $1500 min, depending on different circumstances and project scope.
Minor Work:
Small Submissions
This package deals mainly with a host of smaller submissions. This can vary from signage approvals, emergency work, repairs, sidewalk sheds, no-parking signs, dumpster permits, to traffic and engineering approvals and permits. Typically this package deals with approvals without drawings. Starting price for this service is around $500 min.
Closeouts:
C.O./ Change of Use
This package is typically part of a larger scope of services. Approvals for a CO and approvals for a change of use are quite different but rely on the same methodology. Typically, this is coordinated between the city staff and myself. Starting price for this service is around $500.

Inspection services are typically provided in a larger scope of work. However, there are clients who have already received approvals on their own but may need help coordinating inspections, issues that arise during and after inspections, and even contacting and coordinating with the city.
