These two residential projects in Newark, NJ were built concurrently. As the site supervisor, I was in charge of day to day activities, scheduling, and deliveries on-site and making sure work was being done and things we’re moving along efficiently and quickly.
Construction Work
As the site supervisor, I was in charge of both construction sites in person. My client handled all communication, inspections, etc. I handled all the day to day tasks, scheduling work with the subcontractors, walkthroughs, change orders, etc. Since these two buildings are back to back, running between each site was easy enough and allowed me to get first hand experience working on site. This is another service I can provide to my clients if necessary.
