This mixed use residential building in the Greenville section of the City stands out as one of the tallest new developments in the area. Inside, there is a small garage, 1 commercial unit and 24 residential units. This project is currently under construction and is expected to finish around Summer 2024.
Full Service Project
This project was my client’s first foray into Jersey City development. The services provided to this client constitutes a full scope of services, from code review, pre-planning, approvals, on-site construction supervising to eventual CO. I have been coordinating many logistical elements of this project for the last 3 years.
Permitting and Construction
Besides the permitting approval in the beginning, I had been called upon to supervise the early foundation stages of construction. I was on-site for inspections, foundation pours, and other significant milestones in the building’s construction. I work closely with the GC, the subcontractors and the client when it comes to revisions, permit updates, deliveries and inspection coordination.
Infrastructure
Located on a busy intersection, traffic permits were extremely important in helping to provide safe routes for pedestrians and provide ample space for the unloading of materials, site prep, etc. Coordinating with JCMUA, Dept. of Infrastructure, and even JCPD are all things I helped to facilitate.
